1. Services Provided

We offer junk removal and trash bin cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Services may include:

2. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • We provide estimated arrival windows, not exact times.
  • You are responsible for ensuring access to the items or bins at the scheduled time.

 

 

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is based on volume, weight, type of materials, and service type.
  • Final pricing may change if the actual load differs from the initial estimate.
  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept cash, check, and card for junk removal. Card only for trash bin cleaning
  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

 

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [24 hours] in advance.
  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

5. Acceptable and Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we do not accept:

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, oil, anti-freeze, paints, solvents)
  • Biohazard waste
  • Explosives or flammable substances
  • Medical waste
  • Any items prohibited by local, state, or federal law

If prohibited items are present, we may refuse service without refund.

 

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the materials to be removed or cleaned
  • Ensure clear access to service areas
  • Secure pets and remove obstacles prior to service
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

 

 

7. Property Damage and Liability

  • We take reasonable care while performing services; however, minor scratches, dents, or incidental damage may occur.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins or property.
  • You must report any damage within [24 hours] of service.

8. Trash Bin Cleaning Limitations

  • Heavily soiled bins may not return to like-new condition.
  • We are not responsible for structural damage such as cracks or broken wheels.
  • Water usage and runoff may occur during cleaning; we comply with local environmental guidelines.

 

 

9. Refunds and Satisfaction

  • If you are not satisfied, please contact us within [24–48 hours].
  • Refunds or service re-performances are issued at our discretion.
